The aim of this research is to see the overall impact of transformational Leadership on Project
success with the moderation effect of risk management. The study was conducted through
quanti-tative methods relating to Full range Leadership Theory & Classical Decision Theory.
The data was gathered through a survey method from 270 individuals working in IT industry of
Pakistan.
