| dc.description.abstract | In Today’s World, denim is the most worn out fabric. A number of books related to denim have described the history of denim. In this report, we bring out the details of some of the coolest and most interesting processes applied on denim which explain the manufacturing of denim,its properties and the processes that determine the quality of shades in denim. Washing is one the major last method applied on Denim that can help us in determining the effects of quality in it shades and properties. It is applied on already stitched garment, so it is important to know the effect of washing on garment. Our aim was to study effect of some of conventional washes on denim by using different techniques and comparing it with our newly innovated wash "Echo wash" in textile. We selected rigid denim fabric and applied different Washing techniques on it. We concluded that Echo wash is better,latest and fast technique in washing of denim as compared to the other washes. Here the washes explores different aspects of the high fashion denim industry whether it is the indigo dyeing, manufacturing and styling, effect of and on fashion and much more | |
