Abstract
Our project management system is web based project which controls the multiple projects of users. Our project is developed in the ASP.NET. This project is basically a controlling of projects online in different software houses. The whole project which is uploaded on our PMS is can be sub-divided into tasks which are assigned by the team lead. The team lead, developer and admin as an actors of this project they can make changes in project particles like tasks and resources which are needed for that particular project. Our PMS has some features of scrum board which we are implemented. According to the scrum board PMS arranges the meetings of participants according to the define schedules .By the team lead of a particular project. We are also used the web services in our PMS like web mails. The tasks are assigned to the developers and the related courses in define meetings the whole team will discussed about the tasks status. By the passage of time there is also option to build the profiles of resources and in next projects we can easily picked up the related resources like developers and team lead. Deadlines are also be implemented in this the tasks and project must be has a starting date and ending date. Without this functionality we can’t estimate our performance in that project and we managed it by accordance to the client so we can manage the whole project by dividing into tasks. So by this we can enhance our performance in front of client.
