In the multidimensional and committed atmosphere of different work in projects, communication plays an important role to motivate employees to complete their goals. The textile industry has an important role in the Pakistan economy. It is important to highlight and identify the issues which can impact the employee's work efficiency and motivation. Like the relation between Downward Communication, Employee Motivation, and Work Efficiency in the textiles industry of Pakistan. In my study, I did convenience sampling from different industries from Faisalabad Punjab Pakistan. Data were collected through questionnaires from 350 participants in which included Chief Executive Officers, General Managers, Senior Managers, Manager, Deputy Managers, Senior Officers, Management Trainee Officers, and Labors. The exact and satisfactory questionnaires were 341from 350. After data collection, I had applied reliability and validity tests to check the assumptions which are necessary for this study, after that, to check the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables; I had applied multiple regression analysis. The result of SPSS shows that there is a significant relationship between Downward Communication on Employee’s Motivation and no relationship with Work Efficiency. From the literature, I have studied that downward communication has some principles for a project team member to understand work characters or everyday duties in the direction of succeeding specific goals at all hierarchal levels of the industry. It’s compulsory to proficiently improve the downward communications; also enhance statement willingness for project team member to motivate them all through work on a certain objective.
