Participants in the study were English teachers teaching at Garrison Boys High school Girja Chock Lahore Cantt and English teachers at Government Islamia Girls High School Baghbanpura Lahore in 2012 to 2013 academic year; a total of fourteen people. The study design uses a mixed method approach: semi-structured interviews and close-ended questionnaires were used for data collection.
