In order to determine the effect of determinants, data of 13 countries have been taken from 2015-2015 and panel data estimation is being used. Further two types of models are being used in panel data, one is fixed effect and other is random effect and Housman test is used to check the best one. It was concluded that GDP of foreign country is directly proportional to business cycle synchronization or we can say that increase in GDP of foreign country will increase BCS. It is also found that GDP of Pakistan is directly proportional to BCS and its effect is higher that GDP of foreign country. Results indicate that trade is also directly proportional to BCS. For exchange rate it has opposite effect and if exchange rate is increased by 1% BCS is decreased by 1.80%. After the results interpretation fixed least square is better than random least square.enDeterminants of Business Cycle Synchronization of PakistanThesis
