A sample of 352 students enrolled in an aviation management program at different universities in Lahore completed a personality test and a survey on their commitment to the field of aviation. Further, the data was computed through regression analysis. The results showed that students who scored high on Extraversion and Openness to experience were more likely to be committed to a career in aviation.
