For this purpose, Big Five Personality (BFP) (Goldberg,1992), Procrastination Scale (PS) (Lay, 1986), Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995) and demographic Performa was used. The study carried out on the sample of 321 based on 176 males and 148 females administrative staff in private and government schools and universities with the 21 to 61 age ranges. According to the results of this study there is positive relationship between extraversion, agreeableness and open to experience. Whereas negative relationship with neuroticism, mental health problems of university and school administrative staff.
