The determination of the minimum share is at the discretion of the management of a business. There are many forms of Islamic financing in the world today, most of which are found in Islamic banks. Many Islamic scholars believe that these common forms of Islamic financing are not in accordance with Shari'a principles, so they make scholarly and jurisprudential objections to it.
