In this study, the Perceived Parenting Style is the determinant of Procrastination,and it's consequence of low Self-Esteem are studied. The study was done with three scale, especially indigenous scale; namely Student's Procrastination Scale. The main study sample was 300 university students of BS years males and females (42% males, 58% females) between age groups of 18-26 year were administered EMBU-A, SPS and SESE along with a demographic questionnaire. Factor analysis of SPS revealed one factor. Results also showed that years of BS, father's support and rejection, the low self-esteem are the strongest predictors of Procrastination in university students. Results also showed that there is high significant relationship between father's rejection, Procrastination and low self-esteem in university students.
