In this project we will use thumb impression for the purpose of voter identification or authentication. As the thumb impression of every individual is unique, it helps in maximizing the accuracy. A database will be created containing the thumb impressions of all the voters in the constituency. Illegal votes and repetition of votes will be checked for in this system.
