While in the second part, we will IT’S MARKET NEED AND SURVEY ANALYSIS & in the third part we will postulate some IMPROVEMENTS. This project is based on practical activities (questionnaire). The questionnaire was chosen for passengers, travel agents and PCAA employees who were doing job at Hyderabad Airport. 140 responses were successfully collected after 1 week to reveal staff and passengers true opinion on causes of Hyderabad airport underutilization. The result has shown un- satisfaction on Passenger Facilitator Services (PFS). From, there some recommendation are given to start the operations of Hyderabad Airport.
