In all of these knowledge areas, stakeholders’ management has significance because productive project management begins with desegregation of proceeding and persons contained by a construction project. Present study describes the effect of internal stakeholders’ relationship on infrastructure construction project management performance. Relational Competence is a "Characteristic of the individual that facilitate the acquirement, development, and maintenance of mutually satisfying relationships" (Hansson and Carpenter, 1994). The internal stakeholders’ relationship dimensions are “Establish”, “Maintain”, “Quality”, and “Effectiveness”. Dependent variable project management performance dimensions are “Cost”, “Time”, “Safety”, “Quality” and “Client Satisfaction”. A questionnaire was adopted from previous studies and the data was collected from one hundred and thirty (130) infrastructure construction engineers through self-administrative survey. For data analysis SPSS & AMOS (software) was used. Results show that internal stakeholders’ relationship has a significant effect on infrastructure construction project management performance. Study outcomes are useful for infrastructure construction projects. Also, industry professionals may get advantages from this framework to ensure that project succeeds before initiation. The study outcomes can be used for striving reliable execution of project.
