It was hypothesized that participants that were highly engaged in peak experience of music were likely to have a flourished life. Convenient sampling of 135 participants with age range of 18 25 years (M=21.94; SD=2.19) were collected from online platforms. Urdu version of peak experience questionnaire (Faran, & Malik, 2019) and PERMA profiler was used. Findings revealed that Peak experience was likely to have a positive significant relationship with Flourish. While Spiritual experience was positively significant with relationship while negatively significant with engagement and flourish (Positive emotion, relationship, meaning and accomplishment). Age was found negatively significantly associated with flourish. Regression analysis showed that demographic variables was not a significant predictor of flourish whereas cognitive experience, emotional experience and spiritual experience were a predictor of flourish.
