A sample of (N=150) female nurses from different hospitals of the Lahore was recruited through purposive sampling technique. Socio communicative orientation scale (Richmond & Mccroskey 1990) to measure interpersonal communication skill, Teamwork Effectiveness Self-Assessment Questionnaire (Sterling & Selesnick 1988) to measure teamwork effectiveness and Organization Commitment Scale (Meyer & Allen 1990) to measure organizational commitment among nurses. It was hypothesized that there is positive relationship between interpersonal communication, teamwork effectiveness and organization commitment. Pearson product correlation was carried out to observe relationship between study variables. It was revealed that that assertiveness was positively significantly correlated with responsiveness, teamwork effectiveness, affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Responsiveness and teamwork effectiveness positively significantly correlated with all study variables while it does not have any significant relationship with continuance commitment. Affective commitment was non-significant correlated with continuance commitment and positively significant correlated with normative commitment. Result further showed that continuance commitment were positively significant correlated with normative commitment.
