The application will be beneficial for those who are not able to arrange Qari for their kids due to different reason such as living abroad in a non-Muslim society. Now a day there are many Arabic Tutor learning application that is being used by people around the world to learn Quran in an easy way. • Literature Survey • As we know that mobile technology is getting more advance day by day therefore to get the advantage of mobile devices and by changing the learning environment using mobile technology is good for learner. We have read research paper about how to Design and development of a mobile learning management system adaptive to learning style of students. Mobile learning environment will provide learning material to students and teachers so that they may have the opportunity to take or learn any class relates material. Learning can be done by wireless internet connection and can also be used for learning to help learners as we know that wireless internet connection can easily be access able. Devices like as notebook computers, cellular phones can easily be used for learning by using internet connections. Adaptive mobile learning management system provides learning content which is adapted to a learner’s learning style in a mobile learning environment. Analysis of learning style analyse learn learning style to provide basic data. This system provides learning process satisfied adaptive to a learner learning style. The learner enters the learning process through the process of certification on the login screen. If the learner has already able the analysis of learning styles he/she could enter the learning process adaptive to his/her learning style. Otherwise they could progress the learning process through the process of learning styles analysis. If this system is used well it will serve as a very strong and effective way of achieving learner’s learning goals in mobile learning environment. [4] • This learning system is used for teaching secondary school level student .Subject they study are permutation, combination, binomial expansion and probability subjects. Curriculum is transformed into learning object in three different ways (VAK) visual auditory-kinaesthetic learning styles. There are three learning styles of learner primary secondary-tertiary. They are registered according to their learning styles and each learner receives the content according to his or her overriding learning styles. They can direct the content.
