The influence of remuneration, work environment, and job security on employee happiness is investigated in this paper. Job security helps workers to be stable and confident in their positions, therefore lowering stress and increasing drive. Employees' morale and productivity are highly influenced by their workplace, which comprises physical surroundings, organisational culture, and managerial support. Determining work happiness mostly relies on compensation—that which includes income, perks, and incentives. Data will be gathered from workers in several sectors using a quantitative research methodology to evaluate how these elements affect their degrees of happiness.
