Materials and methods: 100 confirmed cases of tech neck syndrome are taken who uses on screen devices on an average of about 4 or more than 4 hours and having significant forward head posture. Costovertebral angle measured with the goniometer while the chest expansion has been measured with the inches’ tape during respiration and inspiration phases and recorded the difference between them.
