Data for this study was also obtained through convenience sampling and the target population was 200 participants. The study’s key research question is to assess the extent of which attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control (PBC) affect the job seekers’ behavioural intentions regarding involvement in job search activities. Participants filled the survey questionnaire that was conducted online and the data collected were analysed using SMART PLS 4. 0. Much as it was demonstrated above that the model fit the data well, it was now the time to determine the validity and reliability for the test through Cronbach alpha, composite reliability and AVE. Also, the seniority and fitness of the model was evaluated using SRMR, R2 and Q2. The findings reveal that employment services attitudes, perceived subjective norms and PBC enhance the job seekers’ behavioural intentions. The paper also underscores the need to develop interventions that would enhance the subject’s attitudes towards self-searching and decision-making processes and harness social support systems. The findings are useful to bring insights into the strategies that positively affect the employment prospectsenApplication of Theory of Planned Behavior to predict Job Seekers IntentionsThesis
