Those who may have been physically, sexually, emotionally abused and physically and emotionally neglected, addicted to drugs and beggary. The main focus of the project is to create an environment which will synchronize the psychology of the neglected children, as psychology is the most fragile aspect in a child. The protection center will serve as a physical place which supplements the damaged mental states of the neglected children.
