Pure and copper doped ZnO nanoparticles have been synthesized by using co-precipitation method. The synthesized copper doped ZnO nanoparticles were characterized by spectroscopic and analytical techniques such as XRD, SEM, EDAX and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
