The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership (TL) on project success (PS) with project team building as a mediator between transformational leadership and project success (PS). The Data is collected as of 159 employees working in the organizations operating in the IT sector of Pakistan. Various statistical tests, such as Descriptive examination, correlation analysis, and regression and PROCESS MACRO technique was used using SPSS latest version 28. Moreover, the Mediation and Moderation analysis was carried out by the Model 4 and 1 of the Hayes process respectively. The results proved that transformational leadership is significantly and positively related to project success and team building.
