M Rizwan Ali Mazari2025-11-212025-11-212019https://escholar.umt.edu.pk/handle/123456789/11450The present study endeavors to investigate the impact of Job Insecurity, Pay Satisfaction and Participation in Decision Making on affective commitment of Habib Bank Limited employees in District Rahim Yar Khan under the context of Public-Private Partnership (PPPs). The sampling population is managerial employees of HBL. The study utilized quantitative technique and structured survey questionnaires are used for data gathering. Total 146 five point Likert scale questionnaires were distributed among HBL employees working in 22 branches across district. Simple random sampling technique is employed in this study. The research design is explanatory, cross sectional, nonexperimental & predictive. Smart PLS 3 has been used for data analysis after doing all preliminary work on SPSS 21.
