Sample of 200 doctors were selected through stratified sampling technique including 100 males and 100 females doctors, in which 50 males and female post graduate doctors were included and 50 male and female house officers were included age range from 22 to 36 (M 26.17 and SD 1.834) from different govt. hospitals of Lahore. Participants were given demographic form along with three scales as self made Mental Toughness Scale, Emotional Regulation Scale (Daurani&Saleem, 2016) and Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale(Lovibond, & Lovibond,1995).Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that Determination and Resilience were found to be negative predictors of mental health problems in Doctors. It was also revealed that emotional deregulation was found to be the significant positive predictor of mental health problems.
