This paper provides an overview of the prevailing categories of cybercrimes and examines the difficulties associated with the enforcement of relevant legislation. Additionally, the study conducts a comparative analysis of the legal framework in Pakistan in relation to international best practices, and offers suggestions for improving the legal and procedural frameworks within the country.
