In the past few years, several encryption algorithms have been proposed as means to protect digital images against cryptographic attacks. The encryption process transforms the 2-D pixel array into a statistically uncorrelated data set. In this project, a number theory and image based encryption scheme is proposed for the security of data. This technique calculates the sum of matrix of Image and the number of elements in an array.
