Literature depicted that skipping breakfast has been associated with decreased cognitive performance, energy levels, memory, attention, concentration and overall health of children. The main aim of this study was to assess the association of breakfast skipping with social behavior, academic behavior, emotional behavior and cognitive performance among school children of age about 7-14 years.
