In obtaining our results on GQVLI for pseudo-monotone type II operators, we use Chowdhury and Tan’s generalized version (Chowdhury and Cho in J. Inequal. Appl. 2012:79, 2012) of Ky Fan’s minimax inequality (Fan in Inequalities, vol.
