Early fault detection of the gearbox and its diagnosis will prevent the gearbox breakdown and its overhaul. To achieve the reliable and cost effective diagnosis the test setup designed. The system analysis used to measure the condition of a working gearbox by using data achieved on a test rig as well as theoretical data or comparing the data with gearbox specifications given by manufacturer. The objective is to design and fabricate the gearbox test rig to check the condition of gearbox at different RPM and at different load in order to ensure that operating condition of the gearbox is perfect.
