The study revealed a male-dominated demographic consisting of 82.5% of participants and 14.6% of females. In our study result revealed that majority of the 31.1% respondents are on the post of Administrative/Support in Shahkam Industry 14.6% Managerial/supervisory, 20.4% Professional/technical, 3.9% Sales/Customer service, and 27.2% other. In addition,the result shows that majority 33.0% respondents are Under-graduated degree,1.9% elementary or below, 27.2% secondary school certificate, 18.4% higher secondary school certificate, and 16.5% Graduated Degree.
