To fulfill this role effectively, their own understanding of nutrition and practices are paramount. This study aims to evaluate the nutritional knowledge of such healthcare workers. Employing a descriptive cross-sectional design, 121 subjects were selected through convenience sampling from various health and educational establishments in Lahore. An impressive 80 percent response rate was achieved. Data collection was carried out via a standardized questionnaire and subsequent analysis was performed using the SPSS software. Among the respondents, the majority were female (70.2%) and married (53.7%). A significant proportion held qualifications in nutrition (90.1%) and exhibited a normal body mass index (BMI) (71.1%).
