The project addresses the growing need for high- rise hospitality developments within dense urban fabrics, integrating luxury, functionality, and modern aesthetics. Designed on a 22.5-kanal site with 50% coverage, the proposal accommodates 302 guest rooms, including standard, deluxe, twin, and presidential suites, alongside world-class amenities such as fine dining, wellness and recreational facilities, conference areas, and a dedicated service infrastructure. A basement level provides parking for 250 vehicles, ensuring efficient circulation and accessibility. The design emphasizes contemporary architectural expression, energy-efficient systems, and advanced vertical transportation solutions, responding to both climatic conditions and the evolving demands of luxury urban tourism.
