Qualitative Research method was adopted for this study. Through semi Structured interviews data collection was conducted from Five respondents of Dynamic Green (Pvt) Ltd who actively involved in this integrated project. The data was analyzed through using a software name as NVIVO 11 which depicted us the factors of delay. We approached word cloud and thematic analysis through which themes identified factors for causes of delay were communication gap, Improper planning, incomplete documents, poor organization processes, stakeholders’ conflicts, isolation in-between project coordinators, unskilled labor, procurement issues, and vendor selection. The study suggested Dynamic Green Ltd to improve its existing for project completion through our findings.enThesis
