By this method, we explore a participant’s in-depth views, social actions, and experiences of a participant. In this study, my participants are working women and all belong to the teaching profession. 10 participants are involved in my study but after 7 interviews I got my saturation point. Open-ended and semi structured questions and interviews are conducted. Thematic analysis is used to analyze the results. Based on these 7 participants, I obtained 4 main themes by coding and probing their experiences, views, and gestures, such as child care and its services, family support, challenges as working women, and strategies to access childcare. Because more women are entering the professional workforce, effective childcare strategies are necessary to help women balance their employment with their parental responsibilities. The goal of this study is to provide readers with an in-depth understanding of the childcare strategies employed by contemporary working women. The study looks into the various tactics used by professional women to get over the challenges associated with child care. It looks at formal and informal childcare systems, showing the advantages and disadvantages of each.en-USCHILD CARE STARTEGIES OF WORKING WOMEN IN LAHOREThesis
