We present the basic structure of a TQM-based compensation system that can provide incentives based on a variety of defects of sewing operations. As a result, this approach encourages the continuous improvement central to the TQM philosophy, to give remedies for all the defects of sewing operations. We have selected the article for the analysis and improvement of the study is five pocket basic jeans and style as Men Semi Fashion Jeans. This garment is consist of stretched fabric and based on 42 operations with different kinds of stitches.
