This research is attempted to identify the applicability of one of the important tool of lean named Value Stream Mapping in the sewing department of apparel industry of Pakistan. In this research firstly, current state map is developed by doing necessary calculations after this gap analysis being made in gap analysis things to be identified which creating hurdles in current state in the last step future and purposed work state is being developed.
