The victory of an organization rest on the performance of the employees that is why diverse factors regarding performance of a resource person are evaluated during evaluation process. In a medium to large scale organization where number of resource persons is high so the evaluation process becomes considerably complex and requires extensive paperwork and manpower. Hence, it is essential that we develop an automated version of manual evaluation process to evaluate the performance of the employees.
