Atiqa Hafeez2025-12-102025-12-102021https://escholar.umt.edu.pk/handle/123456789/15804The aim of this study is to assess the impact of project management practices on non-governmental organization’s educational projects with the mediating role of transformational leadership style. The data for this study was gathered from the non governmental organizations working in Lahore and Multan providing primary education in different districts of these cities. Data was collected through standardized questionnaire from the employees of the educational organizations. Results of this study showed that project management practices positively predicts the relationship between project management practices and project performance. The study also reveals the mediating impact of transformational leadership on project performance. Transformational Leadership has positively significant impact on the project performance. The findings of the study demonstrate that project management practices positively impacts project success and positively mediates by Transformational Leadership.en-USThesis
