This research is about diagnosing the genesis of sexual harassment at JOJO Food Industries. The research was started due to initial and preliminary observations, by observing the different outcomes on female workers of JOJO like intention to leave job, increased absenteeism, late attendances, negative effects on mental and physical health and these all outcomes were observed from those female workers who had left the job and when it was assessed that why did they leave most of them responded the same and pointed out the same issue of sexual harassment in the companyenThesis
