The purpose of the present study as find correlation between Family cohesion, Mental toughness and Mental wellbeing in adolescence as significant of gender difference in young adults. A sample size of 250 adolescents is targeted to ensure sufficient statistical power for detecting meaningful associations between the study variables. The sample size is determined based on previous studies with similar objectives and the anticipated effect sizes. A stratified random sampling technique will be employed to ensure representation across different demographics such as gender, school type (public and private), and family structure (nuclear and joint families). The data was collected directly and it was collected using the Family Cohesion scale by Olson (1985), Mental toughness by Clough (2002) and Mental wellbeing by Keves (2008). Family cohesion will be measured using the Family Cohesion Scale (FCS), a validated instrument designed to assess the emotional bonding, support, and communication within the family. The Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ) is a validated tool used to evaluate adolescents’ ability to handle stress, challenges, and adversity. Mental toughness assessed by using the Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ), which evaluates the ability to cope with stress, adversity, and challenges. The Mental Health Continuum Short Form (MHC-SF) is a brief and efficient tool for assessing adolescents’ overall well-being and identifying potential mental health concerns.
