The proposed design analysis corresponds to the existing workbench cum toolbox placed at WATS. For which the workbench is altered with necessary alterations to develop it into a propeller maintenance workbench. Survey was conducted at flying clubs in Walton Aerodrome to determine their approach towards the facility. The objectives determined in the report and their operating procedures are all formulated and designed as per the standard regulations of the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) and Federal Aviation Authority in correspondence to the maintenance manual of the respective propeller manufacturer. Future prospects of the project focuses on the incorporation of Dynamic balancing and overhauling techniques.enThesis
