Basically every state wants to be powerful and for its survival this should be mandatory to have power for its national security. So the thesis also explains offensive and defensive realism and security dilemma. that there is always competition for global dominance. The most recent events in Ukraine have pushed them to the brink of war, as they have in Cuba and Vietnam. However, the United States of America continues to fight this war through Ukraine's army, providing financial backing but avoiding actual involvement. This is what drives our desire to better understand the US-Russia-Ukraine relationship, which is still engulfed in turbulence. This thesis examines relationship between Russia and Ukraine and USA policy towards this conflict and the USA core interest in Russia Ukraine war. Through literature review we examine different articles on this topic and mentioned the point of view of different writers and philosophers on this issue. I discussed the global security threat due to this war and how it affect on international peace and security and finally I mentioned the conclusion and recommendations at the end.en-USThesis
