Haplessly Pakistan is facing substantial amount of people having verbalization disorders. According to survey conducted by Ziauddin University Karachi it is concluded that an estimated over 22 million individuals in an overall population of over 212 million suffered from verbalization, language, swallowing and/or aurally perceiving disorders. The Institute of Logopedics will accommodate people of Punjab having verbalization, language and communication disorders. “Words” are the most powerful force available to the humanity. These words are processed after going through many stages of speech, language and communication. These stages include Conceptualization, Formulation and Articulation. It combines various branches of science such as Speech Pathology, Audiology, E.N.T, Psychiatry, Neurology and Dentistry. All these branches will be combined by The Institute of Logopedics to deal with Speech Disorders. The institute will offer the provision of 4 types of Therapy with schooling for children having Autism, Dyslexia, Aurally perceiving loss & Mutism.
