Study initiate to measure the influence of intellectual capital components that include human capital(HC), structural capital(SC) and rational capital(RC) on the industrial performance measures that include MV/BV, EPS, ROA and ROE in comparison between pharmaceutical, fertilizer and petroleum sector industrials operating in Pakistan over six years’ time span that is from 2011 to 2016.
