Data underwent rigorous analysis, revealing a substantial connection between women's empowerment and variables like gender equality, access to education, and job availability. Data underwent rigorous analysis, including Cronbach's alpha test, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis using SPSS software. The research suggests policy formulation for gender equality, expanding women-centric skill-based training, accessible education, and inclusive workplaces. Collaborative efforts involving governments, NGOs, educational institutions, and the private sector are envisioned as pivotal for women's empowerment and comprehensive societal advancement.enASSESSING THE DETERMINANTS OF WOMEN EMPOWERMENT IN PAKISTAN; A CASE STUDY OF LAHORE, PAKISTANThesis
