The technology is useful where the physical connections by the means of fiber optic cables are impractical due to high costs or other considerations. An optical communication system consists of a transmitter, which encodes a message into an optical signal, a channel, which carries the signal to its destination, and a receiver, which reproduces the message from the received optical signal. The mission of this project is to design “Information Security System” especially for military areas. This is the most secure wireless medium due to the high directionality and narrowness of the beam. The block diagram of overall system consists of following blocks Sound player, Laser diode, Laser wave, Photo diode, Amplifier and Speaker respectively.
