For this purpose this study was carried out in series of phase. Firstly phenomenology of Student Teacher Relationship was explored. A list of 21 items was generated and converted into semantic differential scale, 300 school children were selected with the age range of 13-15 Mean (1.65) and Standard deviation(.47) were given student teacher relationship scale Self-Esteem Scale for School children and Child Behavior Checklist. Result of factor analyses reveled two factors namely positive relationship and negative relationship.
