CSR which is known as corporate social responsibility are the voluntary actions taken by the different huge companies and industries for the well begin of society and environment especially in Aviation industry. The intentions behind these social activities are to generate profit and to satisfy stakeholders and for betterment of the society. But due to lack of interest industries are not giving importance to these voluntary activities. So this research is basically to identify those factors which are the major cause behind why industries are not taking steps to promote environmental and social activities. The research will focus only on the CSR in aviation industry of Pakistan. The concept of the topic was firstly studied from the literature reviews of different researchers. Afterward in order to do the study of Industry Survey was conducted from employees of the airport and airlines. The results showed that there are certain factors like lack of measurement strategic vision during planning sensitivity in routine operations have made industry unfocused from this side.
