We formulate a set of equations which govern the dynamics of evolving gravitating fluids through Weyl tensor, shear tensor, expansion scalar, anisotropy, energy inhomogeneity, dissipation as well as scalar field. We also discuss some particular cases according to different dynamical conditions.
