The research is based on experimental activities. The technique that we used is pre-test, post -test control group design. So in our research we select two (2) categories, Airport career development and Airport Fundamentals. The 20 students are selected from the Institute of Aviation (IAS) of university of Management and Technology Lahore. The students were taken randomly from IAS University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. The total time taken to complete the activity is two weeks. On the basis of research we conclude that the students‟ learned well in experimental based learning rather than traditional learning.
